Before you begin:
- Make sure you have enough storage space available in your OneDrive account. You can check your storage usage by logging in to your OneDrive account on a web browser.
- Download and install the OneDrive app on your device if you haven't already. You can find it in the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
Steps to upload Voice Memos to OneDrive:
- Log in to OneDrive: Launch the OneDrive app and sign in using your Microsoft account credentials (email address and password).
- Open the Voice Memo: Navigate to the Voice Memos app and locate the specific recording you want to upload.
- Save to Files: In the sharing menu, select "Save to Files." This will open the Files app on your device, which manages all your files and folders.
- Choose OneDrive: Within the Files app, locate and tap on "OneDrive." This will display all your OneDrive folders.
- Select a Destination Folder: Browse through your OneDrive folders and choose the one where you want to save the Voice Memo. You can create a new folder specifically for voice memos if you don't have one already.
- Save the Recording: Once you've selected the destination folder, tap "Save" or "Copy" to confirm the upload.

Additional Tips:
- You can upload multiple Voice Memos at once by selecting them in the Voice Memos app before tapping "Share."
- OneDrive supports various audio file formats. However, Voice Memos are typically saved in M4A format, which is compatible with OneDrive.
- For faster uploads, ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- You can access your uploaded Voice Memos anytime by logging in to your OneDrive account from any device (computer, phone, tablet) with an internet connection.
