Issue with Sonoma 14.4.1 and MS Teams

I'm using MAC OS Sonoma 14.4.1, on a MAC M2.

Since the last update to Sonoma (14.4.1), the Microsoft Teams application (pro version) keeps turning up the sound volume. Whether it's the installed application or the web application, the problem is the same.

Have you encountered this type of problem? Or do you know how to solve it?
