Face ID functionality and battery draining issues after iOS 17.4.1 Update

Hello I have an iPhone 11 I missed a couple updates. So when I did update to 17.4.1. Almost immediately my facial recognition started not working. I tried to reset it. But when I did. It wouldn’t work said something like try again later. The only way that I was able to get it to reset. Was to do a soft reset. Then let my phone sit for a while. As soon as I unlocked it. I went straight to options and reset facial id. Even after fixing it this way. I continue to have trouble with it not working. Sometimes when I do a soft reset. I still cannot get the facial id to reset. I might have to do a soft restart several times with plenty of time in between before it lets me reset facial recognition. Also my phone started turning off like the battery had gone dead. And then a few minutes later turns back on. And is on 10 percent battery. This is happening at 60 70 and even 80 percent charge. I never had ether of these problems before I did the update17.4.1. So what is going on. It kinda seems to me like apple just wants me to buy a new phone. So the update has made my iPhone 11 buggy and just about worthless.
