How to connect Apple Pencil 1 to iPad Pro with USB-C?

I have an Apple Pencil 1 with lightening usb connection, now I just bought an iPad Pro with a usb-C connection. I’m unable to connect my Apple pencil 1 to my new iPad Pro. I don’t know if Apple have any program to assist the customer?

Yes, your 1st gen Apple Pencil is not compatible with your new iPad Pro. This is where Apple introduced the USB-C version of the pencil. AFAIK, Apple does not provide a "trade-up" or "trade-in" program for their pencils. If you want to use a pencil, you will need to purchase one. Sorry.
