Time zone incorrect for Costa Rica

This may have just cost me a job interview. The time zone for Costa Rica is set to "Central Standard Time" despite it being set automatically. That is not the time zone for Costa Rica. Clearly a bug. How is this possible? I cannot set it manually because all it lets me do is select the nearest city...

While technically the designation seems wrong, the actual time appears to be correct.

I mean Central Standard Time is 6 hours behind UTC, and that agrees with what I see for San Jose as of today, April 6 - both in the mac Clock application, and in the world clock in the timeanddate website.

What should have been the correct time when you posted this?
