I am unable to unpair or update my Apple Watch SE

I had my apple watch paired to my iphone 12. My iphone got broken. So, I transferred my data to my new iphone 15. I resorted factory settings to the broken iphone 12. I wasnt using my apple watch SE much. When I opened it. The passcode didnt go through. I tried to reset it and connect it to my iphone 15 but it was taking too long to install software update and connect to the iphone. Now it’s taking too long to unpair. What should I do to make it work?

If you’ve forgotten your password, see “If you forgot your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support”. If you don’t have your iPhone, you can follow the instructions under “How to reset your Apple Watch if you forgot your passcode“ in the article to reset your Apple Watch to factory settings.

If this doesn’t work or you have a data plan on your Apple Watch, you could try “Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support”, and follow the instructions under “How to erase your Apple Watch if you don't have your iPhone“.
