How do I change the name of a playlist on my iphone?

I have several playlists on my iphone music, and I want to rearrange the playlists. If I change the name and they are listed by name my favorite playlists will go to the top of the list.

View the playlist in Music App, tap the ⋯ in the upper right, select Edit, tap on the Playlist name, edit the name.
