Problem Installing Miniconda on brand new m3 laptop

I was trying into install Miniconda by following the instructions here

However, when running the following I hit the error below

~/miniconda3/bin/conda init bash

~/miniconda3/bin/conda init zsh

error code

error code 2

Big Sur Target Device install error I have MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) and I received the error "Current device configuration and target is invalid for install in the current state. Please try again." when attempting to install Big Sur 11.6. I have restarted the computer and it still shows the same error. I also waited a day and it still does the same thing. failed to personalize the software update Big Sur I formatted a MacBook Pro with M1, model A2338, using an USB installer with Big Sur 11.2.2. When the installation shows 34 minutes , the error "Failed to personalize the software update. Please try again. " Is there any solution for this ? Thanks

Check for available updates to Python (3.12.2 is current) and to Miniconda, then contact Miniconda support.

The recommended installer is apparently a package: https://docs.anaconda.com/free/miniconda/miniconda-install/
