How to fix the "Verify Update Temporarily Unavailable" notification when updating iPhone?

Ensure that you have met the following requirements to complete an update successfully. If you have met the requirements and are still getting that notification during verification, then wait for a few hours and then try again.

Make sure that your iPhone is setup to meet the following requirements before you attempt to update the iOS version over a Wi-Fi Network.
