update MacOS Ventura 13.6.6 restart sleep mode

I received a notification that an update is available for macOS Ventura 13.6.6 and Safar. After downloading and installing a restart is requested. After restarting, im seeing the progress on start up screen but after a while my screen turn dark (like is sleeping mode) and nothing happens. Even after using keyboard or mouse, nothing is happening. I basically need to turn of my Imac and start up again, but get again the notification of the update and to do a restart. And again the screen goes into sleeping mode. Anyone any idea what to do? I have a Imac Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017 with 3ghz quad -core intel core I5.

Turn Off the computer by any means including Holding the Power Button

Disconnect ALL External Drives

Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

Note; If using a Bluetooth Keyboard you may need to cable the Keyboard to computer before attempting the Safe Boot.

The Bluetooth kernel may not load fast enough to perform the Safe Boot

If you are fortunate enough, the Safe Boot may or may not all the Ventura 13.6.6 to complete the installation process
