Apple Music sync not working

when i turn on the sync in the app it loads but nothing happens just loads loads and loads and when i press the syncing button in the settings (sync library) it turns on but off immadiately. so it doesn’t stay green it always backs off to grey colour. i don’t know what to do i cannot sync library

I tried deleting Apple Music and redownloading but then it says to sync again then when I press sync, it says enable sync library to listen everywhere then it turns off it won’t let me turn it on in any way? How do I fix my Apple Music not syncing? First it would play for 1 second then just pause so I deleted it and redownloaded it now it’s saying to sync it again but when I do it says to sync so I can listen everywhere then it just turns off I can do anything to turn it back on?

Play count no longer sync For the past few days, the play count on Apple Music no longer works. Also, the recently played songs are also not sync between my iPhone and my Mac. If I add new Music, it does sync without any problem.
