Safari can't find server

Since the auto install of 17.4 I am suddenly getting "Safari Can't Find Server" on nearly every link I try to access. I have tried to switch to Chrome with no success. Please, HELP, and should I turn off "auto updates" since it always seems as though there are glitches which need to be resolved after a new IOS version is installed.
