mac keyboard malfunction

When I press 'm' key, then 'command' activates. I cannot make a screenshot beacuse the proper key combinations (control **** 3/4) don't work. Ctrl C / Ctrl V doesn't work either. I followed standard macOS User Guide to fix the issue, but to no avail. Any suggestions what else could I do?
