My sister was hacked, I got a terrible message from someone, since then I can call everyone but her, I can text her, but not call her, I am the only one that can not call her, is there anything I can do? Is my phone at risk?

There is nothing to indicate that your phone has been compromised or at risk. Have your sister verify that your phone number is not in her Blocked Contacts list. Your phone number may be blocked, but still able to message using your Apple ID. You will not be able to tell on your end if your number is blocked. It is more likely a setting on her phone that is preventing the call, than anything being wrong with your phone.

Not sure what was checked to verify that your number was not blocked. There is a list at Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts or there could also be multiple contacts on her phone for you with just one of them blocked. If you have 2 phone numbers, it may be that she has a contact for each number. Even though the Apple ID is the same on both devices, each number can be blocked separately. The Apple ID is used for iMessage, which explains why you are still able to Message the device.
Somehow your number may be blocked on your sister’s account. It is unlikely that it’s your phone.
She saids my number is not blocked, everyone else can call her including my other phone that is under my Apple ID, it is more like the number itself is blocked from making a call to her phone
Do you and your sister share the same Apple ID?? If yes, this could be the issue. Apple IDs are NOT meant to be shared.
