I loaded a new card into my Apple Pay. However, when I want to use the card at the checkout, it would not scan. Three different people came to help but it would not scan. How can I fix this? My phone is an XR up-to-date.
Has this happened at just one merchant or at multiple merchants? If it happened just once, it’s likely a merchant or network issue. If you’ve tried Apple Pay multiple times at different merchants it could be a hardware issue or software issue.
What was happening? Did you double click and the default card appeared? Did you hold it close to the terminal?
Yes. I was thinking about deleting wallet and reinstalling.
