I trimmed a video from my mackbook using quicktime and hit trim instead of save, how can I revert to original video? I really need to revert this back to the original. The original video was 30 minutes and I trimmed a 40 second clip. Please help. Thanks!

At least Sonoma QuickTime Player prompts to save a trimmed "untitled.mov" version leaving the original intact. But of course you could have overwritten the original if you typed the same name.
