How to force sync Contacts between iPhone and iCloud

There is a small set of Contacts on my iPhone that won’t sync with iCloud. It’s only 7 out of 2k, but I have no way to find those 7.

My company made some firewall changes recently, so that when my iPhone was connected to work WiFi, any new Contacts I added didn’t make it to iCloud.

I’ve only just noticed and found a work-around by simply editing the new Contact while at home, then it hits iCloud fine after saving. But now I don’t know which Contacts I added at work that are missing from iCloud.

I need a way to force sync all my iPhone contacts, or a way to reconcile both sets to find the missing 7 (without scrolling through every entry).

any ideas ?

Another option is to turn off Wi-Fi so they sync using cellular data.

Thanks Lawrence. Yes, these are all contacts in the Apple Contacts, no other email providers involved.

I added those 7 to Contacts on my iPhone, while sitting at work, but they don’t appear in iCloud. The work firewall is blocking iCloud. Every other contact I add via my iPhone makes it to iCloud, as long as I’m not connected to work WiFi

iCloud only syncs contacts that are saved as iCloud contacts. If you have contacts synced from other email providers (such as your work email) they are not synced to iCloud.
