Cloud Music Library Error. Genius results can't be updated right now. An unknown erroer occured (13026)

Apple Music has been saying this for a couple of weeks. I've lost a load of my playlists, and every time I try to update my cloud library, it says this. I think this happened since an update. Any help/ advice welcome.
