Not able to remove Airpods from my icloud account after I lost my Iphone and gifted my airpods pro 2nd gen to my brother

I'm not able to remove my airpods pro 2nd from my icloud account. I lost my phone while back and gave my airpods to my brother. See the screenshot attached. Please help me out with this issue.

My friend gave me his AirPods and he said he logged out and deleted them from his phone but I can’t get it to switch over to me My friend Jason gave me a pair of his iPods that were registered or logged into his iCloud or whatever it’s considered phone and then when it was time that I lost an AirPod, he said he deleted it or took it off himself but it’s still showing up as Jason’s AirPods, and making it hard for me to find the one that I lost
