MacBook gives an error: support.apple.com/mac/restore

Hello guys, I'm asking for help, if it's not difficult for anyone, my MacBook gives an error: support.apple.com/mac/restore. Key combinations do not help to enter the BIOS, I have Sonoma 14 installed on a flash drive. I have already tried all the methods and don’t know what to do.

Macbook Error -2004F after Erase all content and settings from the recovery mode Hello, Аfter Erase all content and settings, the macbook is not able to load the recovery boot menu, the only option is Internet recovery, regardless of the network, it always shows the same error, namely -2004F, I tried to push through a flash drive, but it does not work at all, can't see the hard drive either. whats is -1008f Have an older Macbook Pro that is brought back to Service Desk. It is stuck outside of recovery mode and won't let me load a new os to it.

support.apple.com/mac/restore resolves to If your Mac starts up to an exclamation point in a circle - Apple Support.
