I see that you received an email saying your Apple ID is locked and disabled but don’t worry it’s a scam 100% Apple will never email you saying that your Apple ID is disabled your locked you will only notice if your Apple ID is grayed out if you got your Settings but just ignore the email it’s a scam just read this article how to prevent scams
