The apps on my phone tells me I'm offline despite being connected to WiFi.

I have an iPhone 12. I can't connect to any of the apps on my phone on wifi. When i turn off the wifi and use my data it won't work either. It was working a couple of hours ago but it suddenly stopped working. The only thing that works is the safari app and I can still take calls. I already force reset my phone, turned it off, erased all the data and went to an older backup. Nothing loads.
