Transfer unavailable podcast downloads

Hi! Recently I wanted to listen to my favorite podcast, but when I looked on the apple podcasts app, it appears to have been removed (this is odd, considering that it is still available on Spotify). I have it downloaded on an older iPhone (7). Is there any way (possibly using iCloud backups or something) that I could transfer the downloads to my current phone? It seems like no, but I figured I’d ask
