Encountering error-51 when copying large files to smb share

macOS version: Sonoma 14.4.1

The error-51 occurs when I tried to copy a large file (a video file around 30GB in my case), and the error shows when the copy process is over. I used a windows computer to share a folder via SMB in the local network on a connected portable hard disk with exFAT file system. I can access the shared folder just fine, including reading files from it, copying small files (I've tested files with around 1GB), and creating new folders, so I assume there is no permission issue.
