Iphone XR not receiving notifications

My Iphone XR all of a sudden stopped receiving notifications. All updates are current, took it to a phone place here in town - no idea, took it to a Telstra shop in Townsville - no idea

I have manually shut down, turned off notifications and turned back on, done an app reset.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I've purchased a new Iphone 14 but don't want to set it up in case it carries this problem over to it.
