Random photos appearing and disappearing in text thread but never sent these pics

I went to a text thread with a family member and in the pictures there was random photos we nevwe sent including an xrated photo as a screenshot but it wasnt our photo. I exited the thread and closed the message app and went back in and it was gone. I’m confused and concerned, honestly wth has this happened to anyone

Was there a glitch that sent hidden videos to a person? Around May 4th, apparently, my phone sent photos to someone. I see it on my thread but I don't see it on their thread. I did not send it to them but they apparently did not receive it. Is there a glitch?

iPhone/iCloud problem A friend tried to send 30 (!) photos to several people (me included), now we all have a "circle of death" kind of thing going on, and it won't go away. There's a notation on the bottom of the square within which is the circle, that says "Sent via iCloud." How can we all get rid of this? Appreciate any help. Thanks.
