All apps got suddenly deleted

I have an iPhone 12 mini. When I opened my phone in the morning, all the apps were completely fine, then I opened it again and everything was gone except the basic iPhone apps(photo, notes, Freeform…)

I can’t redownload the apps, this is the message I get:

2 days ago the phone fell in water for a short period of time, but I don’t think that caused the problems, beacuse everything was working for 2 days afterwards.

What could have happened?

The only option allowed is to "Remove from Home Screen", but no window titled "Delete App" is available at all. Deleted App Hello Guys I hope everyone is well I have an Problem in my Iphone because recently i deleted one app from my Iphone but inside the setting app shows without logo but when i go to settings and general and then iphone storage there is nothing but when i want to download that same app on apps store it shows to open not to download.
