iPhone 13 mini earpiece & speaker sounds like old radio.

Ive recently bought an iPhone 13 mini (preowned. not brand new).

Its both speakers sounds like old radio or a walkie talkie. Its pretty loud but Theres no bass. Whenever i try to talk with someone in call, it feels like im talking to a machine.

I have cleaned grills already and have updated iOS from 17.2 to 17.4.1 but nothing has changed.

Is this my phones issue? Or does iPhone 13 mini usually sound like this?
