Can my iPhone 5s update to iOS 14.0?

iOS 12.5.7 was the last....and final.....update that your iPhone 5s could run.

iOS 14 is no longer available, but even if it was, the iPhone 5s would not be able to handle it.

You will need an iPhone 7 to run iOS 15 and an iPhone 8 to run iOS 16. An iPhone XS or higher model can run iOS 17.

The highest iOS your 5s can run is iOS 12.5.7.

Additionally FYI, an iPhone 6s can run iOS 15 as well; it might meet your needs.
