Password Doesn't work on new MacBook after I migrated

I migrated my disk from an old macbook pro to a new one. The password doseen't work and I also tried to reboot and press CMD+R and type 'resetpassword'. I followed thge instructions, but its still the same. I cant log in to my Macbook??
