Bought a used MacBook that still has someone's Apple ID associated with it

I purchased a used MacBook Pro from a reputable repair shop. I was able to login and set up my Apple ID, but when trying to enable "Find My", I am asked for the password for another person's Apple ID.

How do I resolve this?
