Password needed to open up a document to print, like my temporary driver's license.

I filled out all the information online to get my driver's license updated, as mine had expired.

On the very last page of the paperwork, the county sends you the "bill" and a document that

you have to print from your home computer, "temporary driver's license", as you wait for yours

in the mail. I clicked the button to print and up popped a screen asking for the password to open the document. Yikes! I'm into my 3rd hour of trying to print my temporary driver's license, with no luck.

I tried one app which would only work if you paid for it. I opted out of that.

Does anyone have an easy way for me to print this on my MacBook Pro, Sonoma 14.4? Pleeeze?
