I have an iphone 11 and can transfer photos but not videos to my PC windows 7 (though I tried on a windows 10 and still didn't work). A while back the live photo videos stopped transfering but that wasn't a big deal. Now I can't get my regular videos. I have spent 3 days trying to figure this out and have tried eveything I can. Any ideas on what is going on?

None of those options work or are even avalible to me on Windows 7 except iCloud. The problem with downloading directly from iCloud is the videos are sideways or upside down and I can't rotate. I was not able to try the iTunes option as it requires windows 10 or 11. The computer with windows 10 that I tried before is not mine and I only tried it to see if it was my computer that was the issue.
Neither one of those is an option. And it still doesn't explain or fix why the videos won't transfer from my iphone like they always have before when I tried it on the computer with windows 10. So no point in going that route only to find out that doesn't fix anything.
Update- So after exhausting everything I could I had one last thing to try. I messaged my videos to a family members iphone 14 and then tried to transfer to their computer with Windows 10. Not only did my videos error out but so did all of theirs. At this point my only explanation is Apple videos are no longer compatable with Windows. I am open to other explainations and possible remedies. Feeling very defeated with the whole thing right now.
Well, perhaps the only solution is to update your 15 year old Windows 7 version, or get a newer computer.
