Is a broken wire in an Apple Pencil covered under warranty
the wire on the inside of my Apple Pencil has broken and now my pencil won't work, I have not dropped it or been rough with it, is this covered under warranty?

Maybe, but you will need to have an Apple Technician examine it to determine if this is due to a manufacturing defect and not user caused. If they concur it is a defect, you may find that you can get a replacement for little or no cost to you.
