I am trying to make a payment with my apple pay but foe some reason im getting fraud alerts i really need help to make the payment

Do you personally know the person? If not, it’s likely a scam. Just Google > Apple Cash Scam < and you’ll see. A fraud alert probably the bank trying to protect you.
