Yes it is.

Brother's recommends using Air Print with the latest macOS versions.

Hello, you’d better check on Brother website to ensure.

It also depend on your connexion type (wifi, ethernet or usb - direct).

Mine is different but in those types (MFC L 2710). Probably older than yours, and through ethernet, i have a macOS Ventura, then wifi receiver (connected ethernet to my LAN) receives print orders from two Sonoma machines correctly. Never tried scanning from these two however.
