playing YouTube videos in power point in iPad

Hello,

I enjoy presenting my powerpoint slides from my ipad. However, I usually make the powerpoint slides on either my MacBook Pro. I insert youtube videos using the insert-->video-->online move option and link to a youtube video. However, these movies will not play on my iPAD (the iPAD does not even recognise it is movie and instead only shows the first image) but will play on by MacBook Pro.

this same issue was posted by a professor earlier and there were no responses, so I'm posting this again.
