Vision pro front glass crack

After receiving my vision pro, few weeks later the front glass right above the nose dent i noticed a small crack that suddenly appeared, noting that I have used the device few times and no physical damage has actually taken place, now the crack (straight line) is about 1 cm long and is getting worse even when the vision pro is in its protective case and inside the travel case.

It is very tiny,something like a fingernail size, I was concerned but assumed it was just a production technique. It is right in line will the photos I have seen on line with Vision pro cracked glass . Now what? It was purchased online. The nearest store is 2hrs away. Backglass too fragile on iphone 16pro A small drop of one feet ,in my backgarden , got backglass scratches, originating from one corner. Otherwise all fine, except this cosmetic, which I can live with. But after 10 days , rear camera has stopped working . Front cam is ok . I believe camera stoppage is not linked to these backglass scrathes. Apple Service centre here says -First pay 200 USD and thus forces a 200 usd new backglass on me. Only after replacing, they will review if camera stoppage will be allowed in Warranty or not . Seems Unfair . If they say pay 200 usd , and also camera gets fixed , I may , even though reluctantly pay 200 usd , so gets cam fixed in Warranty. Need idea where can I esclate this irony

Slightly dull area on iPad Pro m1 12.9 screen Hi everyone, First-time poster here! I’ve noticed an issue with my iPad Pro 12.9 M1 screen and was hoping the community could help me understand it better. There’s a slightly dull area on the screen compared to the surrounding parts. The glass itself looks fine, and there’s nothing on the surface—it’s only noticeable when the screen is on, especially on a white background. The iPad is now out of warranty, so I’m wondering: 1. Could this be covered under UK consumer law? 2. If not, what are my options for fixing it, and what might it cost? 3. Should I consider just living with it? Thanks in advance for your help!
