Apple TV Activation error

I needed to restore my Apple TV 3 (A1469) (OS 7.9 (8163)) and now I have the activation error on General/Info menu.

I have try to reset, unplug all the cables, restart the router, connect the Apple TV by RJ45 cable, restore the system, change the payment method in my Apple ID…. And nothing work. Could someone help me?

Apple Tv Activation Error - The Apple Activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try Later. getting this message during installation

Apple TV Setup Failed 301003 When I try to setup the apple tv the setup process is interrupt, the both options (manual - direct from the apple tv , and using the iphone or ipad) for setup the device are unsuccessful. by manual setup pops up the message "The Apple activation server is temporarily unavailable", and using the phone for setup pops-up the Set up error "301003". please help me to resolve that issue
