It isn’t clear what you are asking. Do you mean your password to the app “Telegram”? Or something else?
If it was saved on your phone it will be in Settings/Passwords. If it isn’t there you will have to reset it using the instructions in the Telegram app.
Telegram identifies you from your phone number. Other than to confirm your phone number there is no password that you need.
