Nobody here can help you. Not us, not Apple.

Snapchat banned your device – and Snapchat is the only one who can unban it. If you can contact them, and if they are willing to unban it, that is.

Snapchat is very strict about enforcing its Terms of Use. This link explains their procedures and enforcement strategy→My Snapchat Account is Locked.

But basically, When Snapchat bans a user they also ban the device that was used to access Snapchat. If it wasn’t a permanent ban your account will be usable after the duration of the ban. Otherwise you will never be able to use Snapchat again from the device that was banned, and if you try to access it with the same account or information that can be associated with that account (such as name or phone number) from another device, that device will be banned also.

Android phone makers do not this to you. Nor does Apple do this to you.

Snapchat does this to you.

  • If they feel like it, they will ban your account whether you are logging in from an iPhone or from an Android phone.
  • If they think there is any chance that you will try to evade the account ban by creating new accounts, they will ban your iPhone or your Android phone as well as your account.
  • If you buy a used iPhone or a used Android phone, it may be "new" to you, but there is always the chance that Snapchat banned the device due to the actions of a previous owner, and will refuse to lift the ban for you. The ban might even be the reason that the seller is so eager to get rid of the phone.

If you want to be upset with someone, there's no point in being upset with Apple. They didn't put the ban on your account or on your phone.

If you feel like switching to Android anyway, do so. That is no skin off the nose of any fellow users here. Just don't be surprised if you find that if the reason you are switching to Android is to evade a Snapchat ban … that Snapchat bans your shiny new Android phone fast enough to make your head swim.

Only Snapchat has the power to do that. There is nothing you will be able to do to bypass the ban that SnapChat has imposed on your device. For some reason they have determined that your device has been used for activity that violates their Terms of Use and will no longer be allowed on their service.

ill appreciate if it can be unbanned.
i wont make same mistakes again

It is not Apple's decision to make. You violated SnapChat rules and it is only up to them if they want to give you a second chance or not. Sometimes it is a temporary ban and other times it is a permanent ban where you will not be able to use their service again.

my snapchat got banned permanently on my phone for a unknown reason and i’m devastated

Since you did not read this thread, it would also be likely you did need read the Terms of Use for snapchat, which would be why the reason is unknown. They have also been posted many times here. Some users think that since they are behind a screen, they can say or do whatever they want and as you have found out, that is not the case. There are specific rules and breaking the rules will have consequences. You are simply a guest on their service and they can close the door to not allow you in.
