The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -120.)
I am trying to save a copy of a logic project on an external hard drive when this shows up repeatedly. I have restarted my computer and it persists.

Logic might not have permission to Full Disk Access.
Quit Logic. Go to your MacOS Settings>Privacy and Security>All Disk Access and make sure Logic Pro is turned on. Close the Settings app. You might want to restart your mac. Open Logic and see if you can save on your external drive.
