tv.apple.com keeps freezing

When I try to stream shows on my macbook air, https://tv.apple.com/us/ is often freezing during playback. I've updated to OS Ventura 13.6.6, as suggested in other threads about this issue, but the playback still continues to freeze.

Apple TV video playback crashes every time within seconds of opening a video on my M4 Macbook Pro. I'm on macOS Sequoia Version 15.4.1, M4 MacBook Pro. Every time I try to watch a series with the Apple TV app, the video player crashes and closes itself within seconds of playback. It doesn't matter which series I'm watching. After upgrading to Ventura. 13.5.2 can't play MKV, Apple TV shows won't play. Netflix, Paramount, Prime video streaming service not working Laughing Apple TV and try to play a show episode is loading but won't start. Using VLC to play known good MKV files will not work, apps freeze after a while. Netflix, Paramount, Prime Video shows will not play. Strange behavior in Safari, pages won't load completely, streaming services will not play shows or films. Samething in Google Chrome. But I never had any issues prior to update.
