Do your Part: Being of no option, let apple know that you want this to be added back. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what issues are occurring, and what fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of your occurrence, if you don't report it to them.

2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "FeedbackType"
3. Comment: That this all started after installing an update.
4. Proceed from there as necessary

I can’t even add the “Folder is” filter on my query. When I add the “Find Notes” action, all I get is what you see in my screenshot.

I can only add one filter value and cannot specify which field it should be applied to. Instead it seems to function as one broad filter that looks for the input throughout all notes and all fields, folders, etc. This is super frustrating and makes the shortcut almost useless. I am running 17.4.1 and have already submitted it as a Bug.

This may help you. This will find and open the Notes that you are looking for.

The same shortcut (command) was working before iOS 17.4.1?

Can you please post a screenshot of the command that was used in the Shortcuts app to Find Notes?
