15 Pro Max Facetime

I’ve just purchased the iPhone 15 pro max, and since setting up and using I am having issues with FaceTime connection. I have been sent a new iPhone 15 pro max and still having the same issue. The call lags, with lagged video and audio. Its not my WiFi as that is full connection and all other apps work.

has anyone had the same issue? Or does anyone know how to fix?

FaceTime issues on iPad 10 since update to iOS 18.0.1 I have been doing FaceTime video calls ever since I bought my iPad 10 at the beginning of this year. But since I upgraded to iOS 18.0.1 I have issues. After 2 or 3 minutes the call starts to drop and it looks like is a connection problem. I checked my WiFi and it was fine but the problem was still there. I reset my internet connection and the problem persisted. Then I restarted my iPad and yet again the problem persisted. I thought once again it was my internet connection so I tried on a different day, call the internet provider and all was working fine except for my FaceTime calls. So I tried from my iPhone and no issues. Tried from my old laptop and no issues. Just my iPad was having trouble. Is there a way to fix it? Is anyone going through the same thing.

FaceTime is unusable on iPad 10th gen after iOS 18 update. FaceTime is unusable after updating to iOS 18, specifically on iPad (10th generation). Every time I am in a call, within 5 minutes I get an error saying "Unstable connection". Shortly after this error the call automatically hangs up. Is anyone else facing this issue? If so, was there anything you did that fixes it?
