Prevent iPhone ringing with suspected Spam calls while still ringing with unknown callers (not suspected of Spam)?

I get important calls from unkown callers. I want my iPhone to ring when those calls come in.

I also get tons of suspected Spam calls. I don't want my iPhone to ring when the unknown call is a suspected Spam call.

How do I configure my iPhone to do this?

Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Calls

is overly broad, killing the Spam calls, but also killing the unknown calls that are not suspect Spam calls.
