Received JPEG picture and I clicked on

I usually do not open anything or answer if I do not know the number. I received a picture with someone holding a bottle of Whiskey and it looks it is one of my friends hand and I clicked on to see it better, I also answered it is awesome. Couple of hours later my friend asked me something and I also asked why sent me the pic from an unknown phone. More then that I clicked again and send the pick to my friend and he said he did not send such of this pic. While reading the bottle label I also noticed that I can move the bottle on the pic with just holding my finger on it, that is when I realized is not just a picture and made my friend aware. Can be a virus, or a malware? What can I do now? Pls help!
