Nomad duel sim. Why are my settings on my uk iPhone different to my settings on my Jersey phone. Instead of cellular on my uk single sim iPhone and it says mobile service in my duel Jersey iPhone.

I’m trying to Google how to use my jersey iPhone with a nomad data plan, but the settings shown on Google are a different layout, so I’m struggling how to activate my nomad sim is there a site where I can go and use the settings that is provided for on my phone for my Jersey mobile. For example my uk phone says cellular and my Jersey phone says mobile service, is they anyone who can help me please.

Cellular and Mobile Service are the same setting. Whichever one your phone shows depend on the language in the region the phone is sold in. English-speaking areas are used to calling mobile service “cellular service”, whereas most other language regions use "Mobile Service" rather than Cellular.

Mobile is the UK term for Cellular. If you have the Jersey phone's region set to the UK in Settings ➜ General ➜ Language & Region ➜ Region.

When set to the UK it will show some regional language variations which differ from the naming conventions in other regions.
