Mac mini Connected to WiFi but No Internet

Hi,

I have Mac mini m1. It connects to wifi but usually cants access wifi, and I have ! on wifi emblem. Also when my Mac mini got asleep with connected wifi(it is working) a few hours after the same error. Also I tried the diagnostic, it said, the everything is OK.

What Is more, sometimes when I try to connect to my wifi, I can't do it just providing the password. It keeps asking some "personal wpa3" password. I can only connect by sharing the password from my iPhone.

What should I do?

Mac mini, OS X 10.11

Try rebooting the router and the device.

I had a similar problem with my router's previous firmware. After a few weeks-months uptime, some random device was connected to WiFi but could not connect to the Internet because it did not get a new IP address (renewing DHCP lease or forgetting the network did not help -- but just opening the router's "what devices are online" status on some other device router.app did the trick, as well as rebooting the router). The next firmware has been OK for two months.

On the M1 Mac Mini, in Network Settings, forget this network. If prompted to accept the change, accept it. Then exit settings & reboot your M1 Mini. Then do a new login to the network being certain to use the correct WPA3 password.

If that doesn't work, let us know the make & model of your router and exactly what password settings are set up in it.

Is this your own, personal WiFi access point/router, or are you using a public network (or someone else's)?

The demand for a WPA3 password is configured in the access point (router) and if you don't have the WPA3 password that may be the reason for the difficulty.

Are you familar with configuring your access point/router? What make/model is it?
