Credit Card not accepted! But it's wrong!

I wanted to enter a payment method but I receive the message that this card is not a card from the country where my address is and I have to contact Apple Support! But it's wrong. The card(s) is/are exactly for this country! What can I do? I need to upgrade my iCloud but if it's not working I will just change to google or elsewhere.... looks like apple doesn't want my money ;-) BTW i used 3 different credit cards and always the same message...
